There are two ways that employees can create accounts and begin using Clask to manage their time.
An administrator can send invite emails to employees either individually or as a group while importing a new employee list.
If enabled in a company's general settings, employees can create their own accounts at https://clask.io/register.
In order to register, they will need the following information:
- The company's registration code (typically 4 or 6 digits)
- Their employee PIN
- An email address
An administrator can optionally require that the email address used be at the company's domain. The employee will need to verify ownership of the email address before being allowed to use the service.
