Employee Registration

There are two ways that employees can create accounts and begin using Clask to manage their time.

By invite

An administrator can send invite emails to employees either individually or as a group while importing a new employee list.

The employees who receive invite emails will be prompted to set a password and agree to Clask's terms of service and privacy policy.


If enabled in a company's general settings, employees can create their own accounts at

In order to register, they will need the following information:

  • The company's registration code (typically 4 or 6 digits)
  • Their employee PIN
  • An email address

An administrator can optionally require that the email address used be at the company's domain. The employee will need to verify ownership of the email address before being allowed to use the service.
